Ural State Forest Engineering University is one of the largest universities in the field of forest engineering in Russia. This University was established more than 90 years ago.
The University assists students in finding a job while they study: job fairs with the participation of partner companies are regularly held.
This university is not only an educational institution, but also a research center.
Currently, about 100 foreign students study at the university.
Currently, foreign citizens can choose one of three majors at the university preparatory courses:
- Biomedical (Russian, Chemistry, Biology and Physics);
- Engineering and Technological (Russian, Physics, and Mathematics);
- Economics (Russian, Mathematics, and Computer Science)
The Preparatory course duration is 1 (one) academic year.

Preparatory course Tuition Fee: 130 000 rubles.
Bachelor’s Degree Tuition Fee: 145 200 rub. – 177 000 rub. per 1 (one) year.
Master’s Degree Tuition Fee: 154 200 rub. – 177 000 руб. per 1 (one) year.
Cost of dormitory accommodation: from 1000 rubles per a month.
